There’s no denying from the look of this bread that it’s packed full of flavor. If you tried to stop and count all the blueberries, it would be near impossible to do! And this is one of the reasons why this bread recipe is so tasty.
It doesn’t skimp on the added ingredients and it makes for a super yummy taste. Top with a little bit of butter and it will literally melt in your mouth.

Homemade Blueberry Banana Bread
This recipe only calls for a few ingredients and if you use fresh blueberries, you’re going to love the taste and coloring!
- 2 Ripe Bananas
- 1 ½ Cups Fresh Blueberries
- 1/3 Cup Vanilla Yogurt
- 1 ½ Cups Flour
- ¾ Cup Brown Sugar
- ¼ tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Baking Soda
- ½ Cup Butter (Melted)
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
Start by preheating the oven to 350 degrees.

Now in a large mixing bowl, add the bananas, yogurt, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, and butter. Mix it all together with a spoon until it’s well combined.

In a medium size bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
Add your dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix it again well.

Toss the blueberries with about a tablespoon of flour. This will prevent the berries from sinking. Fold 1 ¼ Cup of blueberries into the batter, save ¼ cup of blueberries for the next step.

Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and pour in the batter. Top your mix with the remaining ¼ cup of blueberries.

Place the bread in the oven for 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Let your bread cool and enjoy it. This bread is so good it won’t last long because everyone will want some.
