This Healthy Blueberry Smoothie is easy to make and taste soooooo good.
All it takes is a few ingredients, and our favorite protein powder ( feel free to use your favorite if you have one) and this breakfast smoothie is ready in 2 minutes.
This healthy smoothie tastes like a delicious blueberry muffin, but you won’t have to worry about making muffins, because this blueberry smoothie tastes just like one and it’s healthier.
Blueberry Muffin Breakfast Smoothie
Place all of the ingredients (except your blueberries) into a blender and blend until it’s smooth. Finish it up by adding your blueberries and blending lightly, pour and drink. Yum!
When I make these for breakfast, the kids usually beg for seconds and thirds. It’s that good!

Blueberry Muffin Breakfast Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 cups Almond Milk
- 1 cup Plain or Vanilla Yogurt (this is used to thicken)
- 2 tbsp. Honey
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
- 4 tbsp. Cheesecake or Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix
- 1 handful Ice - optional
- 1/2 cup Fresh Blueberries
Instructions
- Start by placing all ingredients (except blueberries) in a blender.
- Blend on high until smooth.
- Add in blueberries. Blend lightly.
- Pour in your shaker or mason jar.
- Garnish with any extra blueberries.
- Serve and enjoy!
