How to Make Homemade Corn Fritters
Okay, so I admit it, I love fried food! Just about anything breaded and fried is too darn good to pass up. But, these corn fritters are a healthy way to enjoy something that you really love without it being bad for you.

Easy Corn Fritters Recipe
This recipe only calls for a few ingredients and if you use a non-stick skillet, you won’t have any problems.
- Organic whole Kernel corn
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of flour – Organic
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/2 cup of shredded Parmesan
- 1/2 cup cheddar jack shredded cheese
- minced onion
- minced red pepper
- garlic salt
- pepper
- Organic vegetable oil – for frying
COOKS TOOLS NEEDED
It only takes a couple of simple tools to make these delicious corn fritters.
- Non – stick skillet
- Large Paper Towels – to drain
- Thin spatula to turn fritters

Fresh Corn Fritters
In a large bowl, beat the eggs until they’re light and fluffy, add salt and pepper, onion, red pepper, and Parmesan Cheese, cheddar cheese, and mix well.
Drain the corn, and add the corn to the bowl, Add the flour and baking powder, and stir until well blended.

Now, in a large non-stick skillet, add your oil and butter is optional.
Heat the oil until everything is hot.
Drop the Corn fritter batter by Tablespoonfuls, carefully into the hot oil, and fry until they are golden brown. You’ll want to turn your fritters and fry the other side until it’s a golden brown as well.

Remove your fritters from the skillet, and drain each one on paper towels.
Serve them immediately because they taste so much better hot and fresh. You can also top your fresh corn fritters with shredded Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!

These fritters are best when served within 3 hours of frying.
