Everyone loves when mom gets the slow cooker out and makes dessert. So let’s get to it.

Start by combining all the ingredients except the apples in a small bowl. Mix it up until it’s crumbly.

Use a knife or apple corer, and take the core out of each apple being careful not to cut through the bottom. It’s best to make the hole a little bigger by scooping out a little extra apple after you take the core out. This will fill your apples up with yummy goodness that everyone will love eating.

In a crockpot, pour ½ cup water and set the apples down inside. Then fill each one with the oat mixture.

Reserve the extra oat mixture to add some to each apple in the last few minutes of cooking to fill back up to the top. Next, cook the apples on high for 1 ½ to 2 hours.
Your house will smell amazing while these apples are cooking.

Add ice-cream on top if you desire and enjoy eating these Crock-Pot baked apples with your family.
Feel free to drizzle a little caramel sauce on for extra yumminess.
