I hope you like all of the fun Dr. Seuss Birthday ideas we’ve shared here and
Put Me in the Zoo Cupcakes

This cupcake idea starts with your favorite boxed cake mix. Yay! Don’t you love starting out with easy instructions and a few simple ingredients? I’m all for boxed cake mixes especially when you want a quick and easy cupcake idea that looks amazing and taste great too.

Start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees and line 2 cupcake pans with cupcake liners. Next, prepare your box cake mix by mixing together the cake mix, oil, and eggs as directed on the box.
Personally, we like to use a hand mixer, but a stand mixer or even using a silicone spatula will do the job.

When your cupcakes are cool scoop the yellow frosting into a decorating bag with a star tip at the bottom. And frost each cupcake from the center working your way out.
