After you gather up your ingredients, preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- 1 1/3 Cup Fruity Pebbles Cereal
- 1-3.4 oz package Instant Vanilla Pudding
- 1 ½ Sticks Butter (Softened)
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Tsp Vanilla
- 2 Cups Flour
- 1 Tsp Baking Soda

In a large mixing bowl, add the sugar and butter. Beat on medium speed until combined.

Add the package of vanilla instant pudding and mix it well. Then add the eggs and vanilla and mix for an additional 1-2 minutes or until it’s all combined.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour and baking soda. Add the mixture to the wet ingredients and beat on low speed until combined.

Stir in the Fruity Pebble cereal. You want to just mix the cereal in gently so you don’t crumble it up.

Scoop 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment lined cookie sheet. With a glass cup or your hand, flatten down the cookie just a little.

Place the cookies in the oven and bake them for 7-8 minutes.

Pudding Cookies

Adding instant pudding to your cookie dough is a simple trick to boost the flavor and it keeps the cookies soft.

Growing up and still to this day (at 24 years old) my oldest son has loved Fruity Pebbles. The crunchy, fruity flakes are great in a cookie, and if you add milk, you can pass these off as a breakfast treat.
Delicious!
