How to Make Cookie Bars

- 2 Funfetti cake mix
- 2 sticks unsalted sweet cream butter, softened
- 2 large egg
- 1 1/4 C rainbow sprinkles — divided
- 1 C sweetened condensed milk
- 2 C white chocolate chips
This recipe only calls for 6 ingredients making it so easy to make.
Let’s get started, preheat your oven to 350 degrees and line a 9×13 baking pan with parchment paper and set it aside.
Using a mixer, mix your cake mix, butter, and eggs until they are all well combined.
Fold in 2/3 cup of rainbow sprinkles.
Press 2/3 of the dough into the pan
Sprinkle with white chocolate chips and your remaining sprinkles.
Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the chocolate chips and then roll your remaining dough into small balls and place it evenly on the top.
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until lightly brown.
When the 30 minutes is up, remove your pan from oven and allow them to cool completely before cutting into cookie bars and enjoying!
