These Banana Oatmeal Pancakes are delicious healthy pancakes that are easy to make. These banana pancakes taste so good kids don’t even realize they are eating something healthy.

Start by blending your oats in a food processor until they are ground.

Add all the other ingredients in and blend well.

It should look like normal pancake batter consistency when it’s all blended together.
In a hot skillet, add a little bit of butter and scoop about ¼ cup of mixture into the pan. Depending on the size of the pan, make 2-4 pancakes at a time. Since we have a large family I actually use a double burner griddle to make pancakes.
Oatmeal Banana Pancakes

Cook for about 1 minute and flip over, continue to cook for an additional 1 minute. Remove from pan and they are almost ready to eat.
Add syrup, fruit, or any topping of your choice and Enjoy! These banana pancakes are delicious and healthy.
