After deciding on which fresh fruit you are in the mood for and gathering your ingredients this banana yogurt parfait is easy to put together.
This time I decided on adding raspberries, blackberries, chocolate chips and granola to a raspberry frozen yogurt. All of this goodness on top of a split banana. Delicious!
I make this same recipe using fresh strawberry yogurt, cottage cheese or my favorite store-bought yogurt.
To assemble your parfait start by cutting a banana in half and adding the yogurt down the middle.
Next, add your fresh fruit (after you’ve rinsed it of course).
Sprinkle your granola and chocolate chips on top. Use any granola that you like.
Feel free to make this your own yummy banana split parfait. Add strawberries, mango chunks, raisins, blueberries or anything else you love to eat.
Serve this Healthy Breakfast Banana Split for a Sunday brunch, breakfast with your honey, or any day of the week.
