Homemade Peanut Butter Candy Corn Cookies

Ingredients needed for these peanut butter candy corn cookies
- 1 ¼ all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ cup butter, softened
- ½ cup peanut butter
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup candy corn
- ½ cup caramel chips
Candy Corn Cookies with Peanut Butter

Easy Cookie Recipe
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a small bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In a larger bowl, mix together butter, peanut butter, both sugars, and egg.

Slowly add dry ingredients into wet ingredients. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
Fold candy corn and caramel chips into the cookie batter.

Drop cookie batter using a large spoon on a lined baking sheet, keeping them about 1-2 inches apart from each other.
