First, place the cup of milk in a shallow dish,
add the egg and whisk together until blended.
Pulse the Ritz crackers in a blender until they're crumbs, and place them in a shallow dish.
Place the shredded coconut in a shallow dish, and place all three dishes close. Sprinkle the Chicken tenders with the garlic salt and pepper.
Dip the tenders one at a time into the egg/milk mixture, and then into the cracker crumbs, and back into the egg/milk mixture, and into the coconut.
Place the tenders in the Air Fryer basket, and spray them with the Olive oil.
Place the basket in the Fryer, and set the temperature to 380, and the time to 5 minutes.
When the Air Fryer goes off, turn the tenders, and spray the other side with the Olive oil, and set the time to 10 minutes.
Halfway through the cooking (at 5 minutes) turn the tenders again and let finish cooking.
When the Air Fryer goes off, plate the tenders, and serve with Orange Marmalade on the side. Enjoy!
