Healthy Banana Pancakes
Delicious and Healthy Banana Pancakes with Oats
Blend oats in a food processor until ground.
Add all the other ingredients and blend well.
In a hot skillet, add a little bit of butter and scoop about ¼ cup of mixture into the pan. Depending on the size of the pan, make 2-4 pancakes at a time.
Cook for about 1 minute and flip over, continue to cook for an additional 1 minute. Remove from pan.
Add syrup, fruit, or any topping of your choice and Enjoy!
