Little Mermaid Cupcakes
These Little Mermaid Cupcakes are so simple and easy to make!
- 6 Prepare Cupcakes (Purple Liners) you can use boxed cake mix recipe or store bought cupcakes
- 1 Cup Green Chocolate Discs
- 1 Can Red Frosting
- Mermaid Tail Silicone Mold
In a microwaveable safe bowl, melt chocolate according to package
directions.
Pour into each mold then spread with a knife over the top to remove
any excess. Let harden for about 45 minutes to an hour.
Carefully pop each tail out of the mold. Pull and stretch the sides
of the mold a little bit to help the chocolate loosen. If any break,
take leftover melted chocolate and “glue” it back together.
Add frosting to a piping bag or baggie and snip the corner. Pipe
frosting on each cupcake and add a tail in the center.
