Little Mermaid Cupcakes

These Little Mermaid Cupcakes are so simple and easy to make!

Ingredients
  

  • 6 Prepare Cupcakes (Purple Liners) you can use boxed cake mix recipe or store bought cupcakes
  • 1 Cup Green Chocolate Discs
  • 1 Can Red Frosting
  • Mermaid Tail Silicone Mold

Instructions
 


  • In a microwaveable safe bowl, melt chocolate according to package
    directions.



  • Pour into each mold then spread with a knife over the top to remove
    any excess. Let harden for about 45 minutes to an hour.



  • Carefully pop each tail out of the mold. Pull and stretch the sides
    of the mold a little bit to help the chocolate loosen. If any break,
    take leftover melted chocolate and “glue” it back together.



  • Add frosting to a piping bag or baggie and snip the corner. Pipe
    frosting on each cupcake and add a tail in the center.



    Serve and Enjoy!
