Pour olive oil into the inner pot of Instant Pot. Set on sauté function.
Add onion, garlic, and sausages and cook on sauté for 5-7 minutes.
Turn off sauté function and add chicken broth. Using a wooden spoon, scrape off any
brown bits at the bottom of the inner pot.
Rinse, wash and drain the rice. Add into the inner pot. Stir so that all rice grains are fully immersed.
Add beans followed by cayenne pepper, paprika and cumin.
Attach lid and set IP to rice setting or, 12 minutes low pressure.
Once time is up, allow for a QPR.
Serve in individual bowls and garnish with green onion. Enjoy!
