Healthy Energy Balls Recipe
I'm obsessed with this healthy energy balls recipe, and after you taste them you will be too! Little no-bake energy bites that fill you up with healthy goodness and give you all the energy you need to take on anything (even a house full of active kids).
- 1 cup Oats
- 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
- 1/2 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1/3 cup Honey
- 1/3 cup Shredded Coconut (optional)
- 1/3 cup Ground Flax Seed
Add all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
Scoop out about 2 Tablespoons of mixture and roll into a ball. Set on a parchment lined cookie sheet.
Place in refrigerator for 10-15 minutes to firm up.
Take out and Enjoy! Store in an airtight container for 1 week in the refrigerator.
