Taco Pasta


  • ½ lb Medium Shell Pasta
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 Packet Taco Seasoning
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • 1 Cup Salsa
  • 2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Green Onions optional


  • Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and set aside.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef, add the packet of taco seasoning and water. Mix well and continue to cook for about another minute.
  • Stir in the pasta, salsa, and cheese. Mix until incorporated.
  • Top with green onions if you’d like and serve.
