Preheat oven to 350 degrees, line a 9x13 baking pan with parchment paper and set aside

Using a standing mixer, mix until combined the cake mix, butter, and eggs until combined

Fold in ⅔ C of sprinkles

Press ⅔ of the dough into the pan

Sprinkle with white chocolate chips and remaining sprinkles

Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the chocolate chips

Roll remaining dough into small balls and place evenly on the top

Bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until lightly brown

Remove from oven and allow to cool completely before cutting into bars and enjoying!
