Instant Pot Cranberry Sauce

Easy and delicious Homemade Cranberry Sauce using an Instant Pot
Servings 5 servings


  • 2 large oranges
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 3 cups frozen cranberries
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cinnamon stick


  • In a large bowl, zest both oranges and then juice each one.
  • Add honey to bowl of orange juice and mix.
  • Pour orange and honey mixture into inner pot of Instant Pot.
  • Add cranberries then top off with granulated sugar and cinnamon stick.
  • Cover Instant Pot with lid and set on manual high pressure for 2 minutes.
  • Once the time is up, allow for a 10 minute for Natural Pressure Release
  • Remove the lid to the Instant Pot and set on its sauté function. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Remove the cinnamon stick and scoop cranberry sauce into a bowl. Serve and enjoy!
