Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a small bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
In a larger bowl, mix together butter, peanut butter, both sugars and egg.
Slowly add dry ingredients into wet ingredients. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
Fold candy corn and caramel chips into the cookie batter.
Drop cookie batter using a large spoon on lined baking sheet, keeping them about 1-2 inches apart from each other.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes and cool on a wire rack before serving.
Serve these up for a Halloween or Fall snack
