Healthy Yogurt Brownies
Healthy Greek Yogurt Brownies are my go-to dessert recipe when I want to make my husbands favorite treats. He loves brownies and anything chocolate. So this brownie gives him that delicious brownie bite with a little extra goodness inside.
Plus, they are easy to whip up making them perfect to put out for guests or playdates. Don’t you love easy recipes?
This healthy brownie recipe is so easy to make. It only takes three ingredients, and one of those is water. Wow!
Start with your favorite boxed brownie mix (one that is sugar free is best if you are keeping with wanting a healthy treat)
Dump your brownie mix into a bowl, add 1/2 cup of your favorite greek yogurt and a cup of water. Isn’t that easy? That’s all you need to make these yummy brownies.
I suggest using a hand mixer and mixing all of your ingredients up until you have a smooth consistency. You can do this by hand, but it does take a few minutes longer and it’s a little more work.
Pour it into your pan, pop it in the oven and bake it.

Easy Yogurt Brownie Recipe
- 1 box Brownie Mix (Sugar Free is best)
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- Start combining all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Mix with a hand mixer until well combined.
- Pour into a 9×9 or 8×8 square greased baking pan.
- Bake according to box instructions.
- Let cool and cut into 9 squares.
