No Bake Chocolate Oatmeal Balls
What you will need to make these Dumbo Cupcakesis in this picture below. However, I have it displayed in a recipe list form to print out towards the bottom of the page.
Made with 6 ingredients: peanut butter, old fashioned oats, flax seed, coconut, honey, and chocolate chips. Perfect!
This recipe is so easy to make. All you have to do is add all ingredients in a large bowl and mix it well.
Scoop out about 2 Tablespoons of your mixture and roll into a ball. Set your energy balls on a parchment lined cookie sheet.
Place these healthy and delicious energy balls in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes to firm up.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Oats
- ½ cup Peanut Butter
- ½ cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- â…“ cup Honey
- â…“ cup Shredded Coconut (optional)
- â…“ cup Ground Flax Seed
Instructions
- Add all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
- Scoop out about 2 Tablespoons of mixture and roll into a ball. Set on a parchment lined cookie sheet.
- Place in refrigerator for 10-15 minutes to firm up.
- Take out and Enjoy! Store in an airtight container for 1 week in the refrigerator.
