• Prepare cake mix using the box directions
• add ¼ cup lemon pudding mix into the batter OR prepare the instant pudding and add a little to the center of each cupcake (after they are done baking)
• Bake
• Allow your cupcakes to cool completely

to prepare icing

• add pink food coloring to 1 jar of white icing and a squeeze of lemon
• add yellow food coloring to 1 jar of white icing and a squeeze of lemon
• Ice cupcakes using a plastic bag or piping bag for a fun swirl effect
