  • 2 cups milk of your choice
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ cup chia seeds
  • 1 apple diced
  • Granola for topping


  • In a large bowl, whisk together milk, honey, and cinnamon.
  • Add chia seeds into milk mixture and whisk some more.
  • Add chia seed mixture into a food container and allow it to set overnight in the refrigerator.
  • Serve in individual cups/bowls and top off with diced apple and granola.
